Our Process

To give the Promised Best Quality to our esteemed customers, the action starts right at the procurement level. The entire procurement is done by expert staff under the guidance and personal

supervision of the Chairman and only the 1st quality Paddy is purchased which is stored in specially designed Godowns to avoid any impairment in its quality. Wherever necessary the moisture content is brought under permissible levels before Steaming and Milling. After standard cooling and normalizing time, the selected lot is picked up for steaming process which is done in specially designed containers. It then passes through the drying process through the dryers under constant monitoring to bring the moisture within limits as per our standard specifications. Finally this dried paddy goes to our main State of the Art English Milling Plant where it is milled to perfection with a check on our standard specifications with regard to finish, oil and sugar contents etc. It then passes through the Sortex Process on our Plant to ensure strict compliance of our standards and thereafter passed on to our Packing Section and becomes ready for despatch.
